The technician was very friendly and professional. The only down side was that he did not have any kind of mask to wear. Any service provider should anticipate the need to wear a mask when serving high risk customers. This would have easily been a five start review, if he had a mask to wear. I wore a N95 mask during his service call. The risk of transmission would have been lower if we both had worn masks.

Anchor Air responded quickly and professionally when I was in need. They had installed a new air conditioning unit, but the unit malfunctioned. Anchor was quick to acknowledge the issue and to replace the unit, rather than just offering a fix for the unit. Now I have a new unit with a full warranty! I’m very pleased!

Called a little after 12 pm today and within 2 hours tech was headed to unit. A little before 3 he called to say part would have to be ordered. We were happy we had a diagnosis, but AJ took it a step further and got ahold of the manufacturer rep for this area.
He stuck it out for another 1 hour and got us up back and running. Guests are happy of course but I am super grateful for AJ and Anchor Air. He hung around just a bit longer to see if he could resolve our issue and it paid off. Thank you again.

Air conditioner quit on a Saturday evening. They would have come then but I delayed it till Sunday morning. They texted to let me know they were on their way and arrived promptly, checked system, found problem, replaced it and air system is working great. Price was very reasonable. Will call them if needed again. Realize why a semi yearly checkup is needed. Very personable people.

The service was very fast, the technician was very professional and nice, he determined the problem fast and fixed it. He made sure there were no other problems as well, I called this morning and had a technician out here at 1pm! Wow. I called late in the evening when my air went out. Jason answered and walked me thru a possible fix. I didn’t have all the tools at my disposal but what he walked me thru was enough for us to stay cool thru the night. I scheduled a service call for the next day and he arrived on time. He was very polite, professional, walked me thru everything he did, and gave maintenance suggestions to help avoid my issue in the future. This type of business model has been lost by most businesses. Upfront, Honest, Helpful. When I called to get service, Michelle was wonderful, friendly, helpful etc. She told me they could get to me the next day but sooner if an availability came up. The same afternoon I called she called back and said they had availability! Anchor was incredible. I started off having to work with them through the warranty company and didn’t have a choice since they were picked. Andy and Jason reconstructed my inlet air ductwork and installed an air scrubber. These modifications will provide cleaner ( ‘sanitized’ ) air and will greatly simplify future filter changes. We had a mini split installed and they really made a great selection and the install was perfect but their communication is super top of the line.

They got to my house earlier than most people get up and stayed through the completion of the job and then made sure I understood how to use the new thermostat for my new system. Well pleased!

Friday evening at 8:30 PM on 4th of July weekend with a house full of company from Missouri, we returned home from dinner to a lukewarm house. I called Anchor Air after my son & SIL decided they didn’t know what was wrong. Two repairmen arrived within 30 minutes and had us up & running within 20 minutes. We couldn’t have asked for better service and professionalism. We are going to sign up for their twice-yearly maintenance service after the holiday. We are surrounded by 3 bodies of water where we are located, and our A/C got quite the workout last week with the over 100 temps. Our area is just not used to those high temps. Thank you, Anchor Air for everything!!!

Due to power interruptions our air was not working. Tech came out, checked unit and got it running again. No damage was found and we were not charged. We will definitely use Anchor Air for all of our future needs.

Today, 06/11/2022, I got home to a warm house as the A/C went out. I called the only people I can trust which was Anchor Air as they have done service to my A/C unit before on the inside of the house. This time the problem was the outside unit. Being Saturday anyone else would have charged an arm and a leg. These guys never do. He asked a couple questions of what was working and not working and he knew exactly what the problem was just speaking over the phone. He came over and went right to the source of the problem, showed me why this part was bad and installed a new part. In 15 minutes the job was done and the house is cold again. Great Company as they have the best working for them. As the economy is at its worst right now, their price was beyond fair, especially on a Saturday evening. When my AC stopped working, it took AJ of Anchor Air only 20 minutes to show up at my door. Because my unit was out of warranty and the fried part was very expensive, I decided to replace the whole AC/Heat Pump. I was so thankful that they left me a portable AC unit until they could install the new system. I can’t compliment the installation crew. One of the best experiences with Air conditioning issues I’ve ever had! I had the whole unit replaced inside and out! I had a technician come yesterday found I had major issues which I was afraid of he give me several estimates with no pressure explained what I wanted to know then had me lined up with a installation next day they arrived at given time and professionally installed my new unit layed down blankets to keep from walking on my carpet!
